Operator and scope
IntegraSmart Homes LLC, formed and operating in Texas, United States, operates IntegraSmart Tech and the Air Radar website. This notice covers our storefront, accounts, support, device activation and seller applications. Use /contact for privacy requests. External shops and providers have their own notices.
Information and purposes
We use your name, email, address, optional phone, cart and order details for delivery quotes, tax, payment, fulfillment and support. Saving a shipping profile is a separate account action. Messages contain the information you provide. Do not send card numbers, passwords, SSNs, tax IDs or identity documents in messages.
Account, security and activation
Access uses temporary email links. Where enabled, passkeys store a public credential, label, counter and dates; the authenticator keeps the private key. Tokens and recovery codes are stored as hashes. Security providers process IP addresses and technical requests to prevent abuse. Air Radar uses the device identifier and license status to bind a code to one device.
Providers and disclosure
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and data, including Turnstile verification. Stripe processes payments and tax calculations; our shop does not store full card numbers. Shippo and carriers receive delivery information for quotes, labels and shipments. Resend or Cloudflare Email Sending processes recipient addresses and email content, according to the configured email service. We may disclose records when legally required, for fraud or dispute investigation, or a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
Optional reminders and Google reviews
Reminders require opt-in from your verified account. We save your cart, language and choice, send one after 24 hours of inactivity at most once every 30 days, and stop on purchase or unsubscribe. Its personal product discount lasts 7 days, excluding shipping and tax. Before loading Google Customer Reviews on a paid live order, we ask whether to share email, order reference, country and estimated delivery date with Google. Google then offers its own optional survey invitation. Declining either choice does not affect your purchase. Google processes the data under its privacy notice.
Reviews and seller applications
Reviews show your chosen public name, rating, comment, date and optional board model; email and order reference remain private. Paid purchase eligibility is checked. Seller applications contain shop name, description, account reference and status, not SSNs, bank details or identity documents. Approval does not enable third-party sales or payouts.
Storage and retention
See /cookies for sessions, preferences, cart and drafts. No cross-site advertising pixels are currently enabled in the storefront. Optional Google code loads only after your choice. Providers may process data in the US and other operating countries. We retain order, support, refund and acceptance records for fulfillment, accounting, legal obligations and disputes. Acceptance records identify action, date, language and exact policy revision. Backups may retain protected copies until rotation; required records cannot always be deleted immediately.
Your choices and requests
Use /contact for access, correction, deletion or help with privacy choices. We verify identity proportionately and explain lawful exceptions. Rights and deadlines depend on applicable law. Unsubscribe from reminders, decline Google sharing or manage browser storage; necessary order and security emails continue. Accounts, purchases and seller applications are for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if a child submitted personal data. We publish dated revisions; material changes may need new acceptance and do not rewrite past purchase terms.
