Operator and current service
IntegraSmart Homes LLC, formed and operating in Texas, United States, operates IntegraSmart Tech. Current purchases are from our own store. Seller applications concern a future US program; approval does not enable third-party listings, sales, payouts or advertising purchases. We do not offer an eBay-style buyer guarantee or escrow service.
Eligibility and accounts
To create an account, buy or apply as a seller you must be at least 18 and able to contract, with authority for a business you represent. Use accurate information, protect access to email and credentials and report unauthorized access through /contact. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing.
Orders and payments
Prices are in USD. The listing and checkout show products, discounts, delivery and applicable tax; Stripe shows the final amount before payment. A redirect or pending screen is not payment confirmation. Fulfillment follows verified payment. If stock, a pricing error or another issue prevents fulfillment, we contact you to cancel and refund any payment; we do not charge a corrected price without agreement.
Delivery and refunds
The policies at /shipping and /returns apply. Contact us promptly about cancellation, damage, missing delivery, defects or an incorrect item. If the stated shipping time cannot be met, we seek agreement to a revised time or cancel and refund as required. Approved refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method, subject to provider and bank processing times. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Devices and software
Follow product guides and compatibility requirements. Air Radar requires compatible hardware, USB power, Wi-Fi and external data; coverage varies and it is not for navigation or safety decisions. Bitcoin hobby miners promise no income. PLA items are not represented as certified medical, safety or load-bearing components. A standalone Air Radar license is a one-time purchase for one compatible ESP32 CYD 2432S028R; hardware is not included. After verified payment the code is emailed and displayed on the order confirmation when delivery succeeds. It binds to the first device and supports reinstalling there. Complete Air Radar devices include a license. Check current listing price, try the demo and verify compatibility. External data and lifetime updates are not guaranteed; open-source components keep their licenses. Contact support for activation, billing or refunds.
Conduct, content and reviews
Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful sales, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, infringement or another person’s private information. You retain ownership of submitted reviews and authorize display for this service. Honest negative reviews are allowed without penalties or transfer of ownership. Responsibility and disputes
We take reasonable steps to operate securely but do not promise uninterrupted service or external data accuracy. Any limitation applies only where lawful and does not exclude non-waivable rights or statutory remedies. Report disputes, safety issues and rights infringements at /contact with the relevant reference. We may restrict accounts or content to protect users or comply with law; you can request review. Contacting us does not waive deadlines or lawful remedies. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class actions.
Versions and privacy
The privacy notice explains data processing; acknowledging it is separate from optional marketing consent. We record the policy revision accepted for account access, checkout and seller applications. Checkout includes shipping and return policies. Material changes may require new acceptance and do not retroactively replace previous purchase terms.
